IAM (495329 & 337720)

The following enhancements have been made:

• Users can have the Name, Description, Owner, Assigned To, Organization Unit, and coming due field date on a primary item carry down to the sub-item when the sub-item is created. A check box labeled Copy to sub-item has been added to the item template's designer tab.

• The size of the CLI fields on the hotline template have been increased, so users can see all of the information entered in the field.

RAM (495330 & 443586)

The following enhancement has been made:

• The location name has been appended to the assessment name for a respondent who is assigned and needs to answer assessments for multiple locations in an Organizational unit. A respondent is able to see the location in the Dashboard for each assignment.

Several changes have been made to the Manage Questions screen to prepare for future enhancements:

• Action button replaced Download

• All double arrows have been removed from all sections of the Manage Question screen.

• The following buttons are no longer visible at the top of the Questions Grid:

  • Add Questions

  • Create New Question

  • Download

Subscription Content

• When selecting any Subscription Library folder, the Actions button displays an Actions menu with the following options:

  • Download as pdf

  • Download as Word

• When selecting any Subscription Sub-library folder, the Actions button displays an Actions menu with the following options:

• When selecting any Question Set under Subscription, the Actions button displays an Actions menu with the following options:

Defects

Fixed an issue where a submitted IAM record from a submitted form displays incorrectly if an apostrophe was included in the name of a deployed form.

Fixed an issue where a "Page Unresponsive" error is received when trying to submit a sub item on a hotline call after sending a response to the caller.
